Production Timeline: Orders typically require 2-7 business days for production before shipping. This is a print-on-demand service, not pre-made inventory.

Product Variations: Slight variations in print quality, color, or sizing may occur due to the custom nature of print-on-demand manufacturing. These variations are not considered defects.

3. Ordering and Payment

By placing an order, you agree to pay all charges associated with your purchase, including product costs, shipping, and applicable taxes. Payment is processed through Stripe, our secure payment processor.

Order Confirmation: Receipt of an order confirmation does not signify acceptance of your order, nor confirmation of the offer to sell. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.

Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary by location and product. Estimated delivery times are provided but not guaranteed due to factors outside our control, including production time, shipping carrier delays, and customs processing.

Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

International Orders: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom, print-on-demand nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, we will replace or refund products that arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered.

Damage Claims: Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Intellectual Property

The "Lizard Lizard Lizard" designs and other content on this site may incorporate elements from internet culture and memes. We respect intellectual property rights and will respond promptly to valid DMCA takedown requests.

Fair Use: Our designs are created under the principles of fair use, parody, and transformative work. If you believe your rights have been infringed, please contact us immediately.

7. Limitation of Liability
